I was excited when I was selected to review this item. I live in Uggs. Ugg boots, ballet flats, sandals. I live in them because they are good quality shoes. Those are for my every day wear. But at least once a month, I have events to go to. Events that any Ugg wear would not be appropriate. I like to wear high heels (4 inches or higher) to these events. BUT, high heels tend to hurt my feet over time. The idea of using these to help my shoes be more comfortable excited me.These item was delivered well packaged in the time frame mentioned.As soon as the package came, I opened it up immediately. The pads felt comfortable. They were smaller than I thought they would be.I had an event coming up a few weeks after I received them so I pulled out those shoes to put the pads in. There’s a strip up the middle. An adhesive strip. I took the paper off the adhesive strip and adhered it to my shoe.I wish the pads came in sizes as opposed to one size fits all. I tried them on and they felt comfortable, but it just looks like it’d be more comfortable if the pad covered more of the foot bed. I wear a size 9 in heels. They I placed the pad in the shoe, there was a small part in the ball of the foot bed and the rest led up to the heel. It didn’t go all the way back to the heel.I wore the shoes for a few hours and they felt comfortable the whole time. Much more comfortable then they would have without the pads.All in all, these pads are pretty decent and worked well.POSITIVES* Made my heels feel comfortable.* Even though they looked small and short, they seemed as though they made the heels more comfortable.* Made of quality materials.* Well packaged and was delivered on time.NEGATIVES* Were small and short.RATING4 out of 5 stars.WHY? I love the color and how they feel. So many compliments when I wore them. Was a little tight on my foot although I bought a size up. I love them.

Update: it’s nearly impossible to get the back of the tape off. Very frustratingMy left heel has been reconstructed because it was crushed, so my shoes are always a problem. I went to a wedding yesterday for 5 hours with a 1 1/2″ heel (which is high for me) and my feet only had the normal pain. No additional aching. I really like the support.I do agree with everyone else – it’s just a flimsy strip of double sided tape on the bottom of the pad and it was a struggle to get the top layer off without peeling the whole strip off.

These seem true to size but my feet are narrow so not sure these would work for wider feet. Id say more for narrow to regular width. The heel is perfect for me since it isn’t too high. Ive never been able to wear high ones and generally stylish shoes have more of a heel. The price was very reasonable as well and I like that they are shorter and not over my calf. Would recommend based off my first try on. Hopefully they wear ok.
