I wear a size 8.5 US most times. I had to return those. Got a size 7 and they probably could have been just a tad smaller, but have worn the shoes with them in it the last 2 days and so far pretty comfy and soft. Just make sure you go smaller than your normal size by about 1.5 the size and you should be good.

Fit perfectly in my 8.5 wide flats. They are thick so it does make the shoe feel a little tighter but my feet felt much better than they had after standing for8 hours.

Super comfy, make sure you get 1 size up from your actual foot size for instance I’m a 7 in men’s I had to order one size up. They work great for replacing my soles.
